Eligibility

Responsibility
You're responsible for your login details and any activity on your account. If something looks off, let us know immediately so we can help secure it.
Information
Sign up with accurate details. Accounts created with false information may be suspended or removed.
What's Not Allowed
Intellectual Property
Infringes on someone else's intellectual property rights or copyrights.
Hate Speech
Is hateful, harassing, or discriminatory towards individuals or groups.
Violence & Self-Harm
Promotes violence, illegal activity, or self-harm in any form.
Minor Safety
Involves sexually explicit content with minors or harmful exploitative material.
Impersonation
Impersonates real people in misleading or harmful ways (Deepfakes).
Misinformation
Spreads intentional misinformation or dangerous political propaganda.
Note: Accounts found violating these guidelines may be suspended or terminated without refund.

Vecta Studio — including its design, technology, and branding — belongs to us. These terms don't grant rights to our trademarks.
Where Our Responsibility Ends
We're not liable for indirect damages such as lost revenue resulting from your use of Vecta Studio, to the extent permitted by law.
Updates & Endings
We'll Always Let You Know
If we make material changes to these terms, we'll notify you by email or in-app. Continuing to use Vecta Studio after changes means you accept the updated terms.
When Access May Be Removed
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, engage in fraud, or have unpaid subscriptions. Content ownership clauses remain in effect.
