03How We Use Information

To prevent impersonation, audio files submitted for custom voice cloning undergo an automated cryptographic voice-print authorization check. We require explicit vocal affirmative confirmation (“I hereby authorize Vecta Studio…”) prior to fine-tuning private voice weights.
Real-Time Collaborative Canvas Sync
Timeline operations, split edits, and transition states are synchronized via low-latency WebSockets between authorized members within your company organization.

Triggering workspace termination automatically removes customer voice clones, avatar assets, and account credentials from active databases.
